AALF 3-Day Virtual Leadership Conference 2021

The African American Leadership Forum’s (AALF) 2021 Virtual Leadership Conference, Leadership By Any Means Necessary — Exploring Collectivism, Innovation, and Activation presented by U. S. Bank, Target and 3M, will take place February 25 – 27, 2021.

Community leaders, changemakers and innovators who represent the current era of leadership in the Black community will engage participants in intergenerational dialogue that will refine the AALF focus on what it means to collectively innovate and activate, in ways that provide purposeful and sustainable impact in our community. It is a call to activists, organizers and community leaders to step into their power by activating collective brilliance that will serve to set our agenda for the year.
